Tom brings more than 18 years of manufacturing, sales, and marketing experience to NVIE having held senior management roles with a variety of companies and industries.
At Emerson Automation Solutions, Tom led a global team of sales associates, application engineers, project managers and product managers with responsibilities for the front-end of the process control and automation systems manufacturing business.
Prior to Emerson, Tom led Sales and Operations for Panavise Products, Inc. holding positions as Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager. During that time, Tom led Panavise’s formation of strategic partnerships as an OEM manufacturer for a variety of top brands including GoPro, Motorola, Sony, and Garmin. In addition, he has broad international business experience with products such as turbochargers, valves and pumps, PCBs, consumer electronics, and tools.
Tom holds certificates for Leadership, Sales Excellence, Perfect Execution, and Project Management along with manufacturing experience in areas of industrial automation, injection molding, process control systems, CNC machining, welding, fabrication and more. In addition, he has broad international business experience with products such as turbochargers, valves and pumps, PCBs, consumer electronics, and tools.
